(1) Greenfield estate: Greenfield estate is one of the largest and most lively estate in Ago palace. Though is pron to flooding and then don’t have steady light, but you wouldn’t regret living in greenfield because almost all the streets are interlocked, security is very tight and you can drive you car for years without repairs.
(2) Victory estate: Victory estate is a little bit smaller but is the most organize estate in Ago according to my experience. There is steady electricity more than other estate.
(3) Startime estate: Startime estate is organized too just like victory estate, but more recognized by each streets and landlords. Startime is very clean and cool to live.
(4) Hope estate: Located beside greenfield estate is very cool and narrow estate with quiet environment. Those who live in hope estate knows each other so if your a stranger here you will easily be identified.
(5) Divine estate: Divine estate is a little bit older than all the mentioned estate here, therefore the houses are also older and shops are everywhere.
(6) Lakeview estate: Lakeview estate is great environment to be with beautiful houses and a well maintained road. You can view some part of Festac and Canal while seating at your balcony.
